Solomon Daramola is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CourierPlus Services Nigeria, one of the country’s most established logistics and distribution companies. Under his leadership, CourierPlus has expanded its footprint across Nigeria, operating from over 70 offices in 36 states and serving a wide range of corporate and e-commerce clients.
A seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience, Daramola brings deep expertise in management, corporate governance, internal control, taxation, treasury management, product development, and strategic process design. His career spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, agro-allied, construction, agriculture, and services.
Daramola is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Tax Practitioner, holding fellow status with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and associate membership with the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He earned a Higher National Diploma and a Master of Science degree in Accounting, and has undertaken advanced management training at institutions such as the London Corporate Training Institute and the Pan-Atlantic University Lagos Business School.
Before joining CourierPlus as MD/CEO in December 2022, he served as Group Head of Finance and Accounts at Superflux International Limited, a leading player in Nigeria’s security printing sector. His background also includes senior finance and accounting roles at companies such as ATCO Enterprises, Alumaco Plc, and Berger Paints Nigeria Plc.
Known for his result-oriented leadership and commitment to excellence, Daramola has earned board seats in several companies.
